Order Email Contains no Product Quantity and Price

    Good day Folks, having an issue regarding on Order Email generated by Woocommerce, the ecommerce site owner receives an order email containing no Product Details, Quantity and Price. Please see attached image for your for the order email reference:

    However, I checked the specific order on Woocommerce order logs and the order details are complete with details, quantity and price. Please checked the image here:

    It’s a bit confusing on the site owner’s side. WordPress and plugins are updated since last week. Godbless!

    Are any of the email templates being overriding by a plugin or custom code? Please submit a System Report by going to Woocommerce > Status > Get System Report and paste it here.

    If you don’t want the URL exposed take it out in the top portion of the report and paste here.

    @jerrald as @serafinnyc mentioned, that does look like a custom email template and the System Status Report would indicate that under Templates section.

    If that is the case, you will want to reach out to the person that set up the templates to have a look for you
