    HI @wini0703

I checked your screenshot, may I know which part of the text do you want to remove?

I saw the last line was “Get started by downloading…”

Please note if this isn’t like the standard email from WooCommerce, it could be added by other plugins, you may want to check what’s the culprit by doing a conflict test. Here is the completed guide to do a conflict test.

Hi, is displaying within the order box. https://snipboard.io/Q08phZ.jpg. I have tested on the plugin is it a targetting ads or somthing?

    Hi @wini0703

    That is really odd.

I’d suggest you to do a conflict test, more info on conflict is here.

You can update your Core WooCommerce plugin to the latest if you haven’t done so, and then disable all other plugins except WooCommerce, and switch your theme to Storefront or Twenty Ten.

Once you’ve done that, you can make a test order again. And see if that text goes away. If it’s gone, then there is a plugin or the theme you use causing that issue..

Let me know how it goes.

Hi, I found out that is added from the previous developer. Can I know where can I find the code after order table? as I search all in the woocommerce folder I don’t see any of it.
