    I have a customer who created an account and placed an order I. When she logs in it does not show her the order. However I do see that the order was placed in the admin dashboard.
    Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi,

    Could you please check if you have anything under Blocking > Block content

    It might be you may have blocked unverified users from viewing certain pages.

    Also please do double check your settings under Advanced > Block order emails it might be that you have enbaled blocking of order emails for unverified users.

    Please let me know if you continue having trouble with this.

    Thank you for your reply.
    I figured it out: When the customer placed the order, she was a guest. After placing the order, she created an account on the website. Since she was a guest while placing it, that particular order wasn’t showing in “My account”, but it was showing up in the admin dashboard. Sorry for the confusion!
