    Hello,

    The upsell flow does not work properly. Once I click on either of the yes or no link, a popup displays with this text: Order does not exist…Please wait while we process your payment…

    Does anyone know why?

    Thank you for writing in!

    Can you please let me know that you have opened the Upsell page directly from the URL and not from the checkout process?

    If you are opening the Upsell page directly from the URL then this message will be displayed. The reason behind is that when you accept the Upsell, it’s product is added in the existing order that is been created from the checkout page.

    Now, when you open the upsell page directly it does not gets the order id and that is why you will get the Order does not exist message.

    So, to check the upsell page for the UI/design you can put the flow in the test more and if you want to check the working of upsell then you need to place an order and go through the whole checkout process that is Checkout page -> Upsell/Downsell -> Thank you page.
