Order details > order export > invoice in pdf

  • Hello, I want to ask you if in the Order details > order export > invoice in pdf section, the export to pdf invoice does not work.

    Maybe I have to install a plugin to create invoices?

    We have checked and can confirm that the export to PDF invoice functionality in the Order details section works correctly without needing to install any third-party plugins. We recommend deactivating your plugins one by one to identify if any of them might be causing a conflict.

    Well, I don’t know if there is an error, but when I go to edit the order I get a green screen and there is no export button. I don’t have WooCommerce or any plugin related to it installed, nor any invoice export utility.

    Here is the interface for exporting orders in LearnPress:

    Please try deactivating all plugins and switching to a default theme to check if the issue persists. This will help identify if the problem is caused by a plugin or theme conflict.
