• Hello, I have tested your plugin but order details not showing in admin panel and as well as I’m not getting any order notification via mail.

    Hi @whysorude,
    Can you provide some more details as our PayPal for woocommerce plugin is to process Payments remaining order processing is done at woocommerce level. So to check that further did you tried to process order without our plugin enabled and did you get order created?

    Yes, I’m also using paypal standard and G2A Pay as well. Orders are creating from those plugins. But order isn’t creating when I’m checking out with PayPal Express checkout.

    Are you using PayPal Express checkout plugin? Also, can you share your site URL please? As we are not getting any such resports from other about this, additionaly we are not seeing this problem on our site as well so I’m a bit curious whats causing trouble for you. Can you make sure you are using PayPal for woocommerce by AngellEYE and the version you have installed is 1.4.14?

    PayPal for WooCommerce Version 1.4.14 By Angell EYE. I’m currently disabled that plugin is there any way to contact you ? like: skype, Discord ?

    We’re sorry that you’re having trouble – I think that we can help. There appears to be a conflict between the plugins and/or themes that you have installed, as we’ve not received reports of this issue from other users/customers. Additionally, we attempted to reproduce this issue using our testing environment and things are working as expected. Please try the following debug steps:

    1. Disable all plugins with the exception of WooCommerce and PayPal for WooCommerce, and determine whether or not the issue is still occurring
    2. Re-enable additional plugins one by one, testing after each add-on is enabled, in order to find the culprit

    If, after disabling all additional plugins, you are still seeing the same issue, then switch to basic twenty theme with both WooCommerce and PayPal for WooCommerce enabled and then check once again.

    Please follow these steps and let us know your results.

    If that still dont solve the issue then Please Submit a ticket here and we will see whats causing trouble for you.
