Order Data for WooCommerce integration with Klaviyo

I am writing Order Notification (sent on Placed Order event) and Shipping Notification (sent on Fulfilled order event) e-mail message templates in Klaviyo. Klaviyo is integrated with WooCommerce and ShipStation.

1. Can somebody please tell how can I get Order Subtotal (in the e-mail template), which is sum of all ordered item prices as they are (without tax, shipping, discount…)?
2. How can I get tracking link URL in the e-mail template?
3. How to get Order Date in Order Notification and in Shipping Notification.
