By default, emails are sent to both the customer and the admin when an order is manually added by the admin. To assist you further, could you please confirm if you receive an email when a customer places an order through the checkout?

Also, please ensure that the admin email address is correctly set in the WooCommerce email settings.

• Navigate to?WooCommerce > Settings > Emails?> New Order > Manage > Recipients. If you are not able to see the admin email address in the recipient field.
• You can add an additional email address by separating it with a comma. For example:?[email protected],?[email protected]
• Click on the?Save changes?button to save your new settings.
  
  If admin email address already present there, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:
• System Status Report?which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
• Fatal error logs?(if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

Could you also provide more details on the specific order status you’re setting when adding the order manually? This information will help us assist you more effectively.

If the order is generated from frontend, the admin and the client are getting the email. But when the order is created in wp-admin, only the client is getting the order email, not the admin.

All email settings are correct

It seems you’re not receiving email notifications when you manually create an order from the WP Order dashboard, but everything works fine when a customer places an order from the front end. This shouldn’t be happening.

To troubleshoot further, could you please try using the WP Mail Logging plugin? It will allow you to check if the email was sent or logged. If the email isn’t logged, it could indicate a conflict preventing your site from generating the emails.

This kind of issue is often caused by third-party plugins or themes that might interfere with the default WooCommerce New Order email template. I recommend performing a full conflict test to see if that helps resolve the issue.

Additionally, it would be helpful if you could share your site’s System Status Report. This will give us a clearer picture of your site’s setup and help us identify the root cause. You can find the report under WooCommerce > Status. Simply click Get system report, then Copy for support.

If there are any fatal error logs, please share those as well. You can find them under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

I checked the emails generated after creating a manual order on my test site.
As a result, I can only see an email sent to the customer.

This suggests that it is a default behavior of WooCommerce to not send an email to Admin when a manual order is created. If you want to send an email to Admin as well, you will need to use a custom-coded solution.
