Order Counted Again when Order Received Page is Re-opened

We are tracking the Woocommerce orders via the recommended setup of this plugin and we noticed that the unique Order Received page is still accessible after an order (eg our Advertising Agency would see this via Google Analytics or if the purchaser recorded that page).

Viewing this page again causes it to be recorded as another purchase on Google Analytics. Any thoughts around preventing this?

is currently enabled but we also tried with Disabled and the same thing happens.
