Order confirmed without download file

  • Hello, my Order #2993 was completed but I dont have the plugin and the licence keys in your admin panel.
    When I access to the panel only I can see my paid order but the folder with the license and the plugin is empty. (I attached the screenshot to the ticket.)

    The package to download is not availiable. The folder is empty.

    I have sent 2 tickets requesting help but I have not received a reply. (entries 2222 and 2170)

    What’s going on?

    You’re posting on the wrong site. The author cannot support you here, they are not permitted to. No one can support their customers here.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
