Order confirmation when payment fails

  • Hi,
    For our payments we’ve connected Mangopay.
    Immediately after clicking on the payment link after order approval a ‘payment received’ e-mail is sent to the vendor, even if the payment fails!
    Can you help us fixing this please? We’re launching on Monday so this is really urgent.

    This will be mainly due to mongopay plugin. deactivate order approval plugin and try to make an order through mongopay and make it fail. Check logs.

    core logic of this order approval plugin makes every payment gateway compatible. Most of the payment gateway related issues are those plugin issues themselves.So check it whether its order approval or mongopay plugin issue.
