    Hi @dennisbehrenscom,

Thanks for sharing further details on this issue.

Looking at the shared screenshot, it looks like the issue is possibly caused by a shipping plugin.

In order to troubleshoot this, could you please run a full conflict test by deactivating all plugins only leaving WooCommerce and making test orders while activating one plugin at a time, checking if the issue happens again?

You can create a staging site and test from there to avoid messing your live store. Here are the steps to make a staging site.

You can find more details on how to run a conflict test from this guide.

Let us know how it goes.

Hey there, i ran the conflict test but even with just woocommerce running i had the same issue and i do not use a shipping plugin. On running a few test orders i notice that the text even appears on my orders received page. I checked it out and its this css class: “wc-item-meta” maybe that helps?

    Best Regards

Thank you for reaching back, with further details on this, @dennisbehrenscom.

The Problem just started after i migrate to another server with the same plugins.

The culprit can be found here, as it appears: How was the migration done?

Furthermore, do you still have access to the site, as it was hosted in the previous provider, perhaps? What happens when an order is placed there, for the exact same products, and details, as here?

At times, the plugin version(s) differ (are upgraded), in the process of migrating a site. Did you already have a chance to check their versions right after completing the migration, or otherwise?

I hope this is helpful! We look forward to your response. In the meantime, please let us know if you have any further questions or concerns.
