    Hello,

    I have setuped my website learn.homework.pk through the lifterlms plugin. Everything works fine but there is a strange problem we’re going through. When the user registers for a course he is not redirected to the view order page instead he is redirected to a sign-in page for which even the sign-in form does not work.

    If you’re visiting the website first time then you wont see this error happen. Although if you signout and register for a new course again you will see that.

    There are no errors or warning throughout the process from which we can get an idea what is wrong.

    Hi Fahaad,

    Please try flushing your permalinks: https://lifterlms.com/docs/how-to-flush-wordpress-rewrite-rules-or-permalinks/

    Let us know if that resolves it for you.

    Your site looks great by the way.

    Cheers,

    Hello Chris,

    I’ve tried flushing multiple times but I still get the same error and Thankyou very much

    @fahaadsheikh,

    There’s a few things you can try:

    1) Do you have any caching plugins or server-level caching enabled? This may be causing the issue. Disable and flush your caches. Caching is *great for blogs* but really bad for extremely dynamic content like LifterLMS or an ecommerce site.

    When using manual payments the user would be redirected to their account dashboad to view the order. Here, details on manual payment will be listed. It sounds like upon account creation your users aren’t being logged in. This leads me to believe it’s a caching issue.

    2) Please post a copy of your LifterLMS System Report (https://lifterlms.com/docs/how-to-use-the-lifterlms-system-report/). This will help us scan your setup and look for potential known issues

    3) I tried a few test registrations and it’s evident that the LifterLMS login and registration is not working but I can’t determine exactly why without doing some real debugging on your theme and plugins. There may be a plugin or theme conflict. If you switch to a theme like 2017 and disable all plugins does the same behavior occur?

    Thanks,

    I’ve tried disabling the theme and plugins and its the same for me. Yes there is server level caching enabled on this server but there isnt on our staging server. I can privately email you the credentials of our production server if you would like you can check it out there. Here is the system report

    There are a couple of bugs I would also like to address I’ll make a new thread right after this so others could benefit from it too.

    @fahaadsheikh,

    I’m really sorry to say that I can’t find any apparent conflicts by reviewing your system report.

    You are not on the latest version of LifterLMS, you may try upgrading to the latest although I don’t see anything that would have fixed login issues since I cannot find or recreate or am aware of any wide-spread similar issues recently.

    Is this issue occurring on both your staging site (where there is no caching) and your production site? This very much feels like a caching issue, are you certain that disabling caches doesn’t resolve the issue?

    If you’d like to continue this via email please open a new support ticket at https://lifterlms.com/my-account/my-tickets. Please note that private email support is only available to LifterLMS Customers.

    Thanks,
