    I am having this issue specifically on mobile Chrome and mobile Firefox(Android 5.1). On the checkout page, the “Place Order” submits and displays the same checkout page. The order has been received on the back-end successfully though. Additionally, the My Account page thereafter shows “session ended error”.

    Nginx, configured to not cache /cart/, /checkout/ pages

    This problem is NOT seen in desktop versions of browsers, where it works as expected.

    Can you pls point me in the direction of possible solution? Unable to see any clues why this is happening only on mobile browser.

    Are you using caching plugins? Some have mobile specific rules.

    Also, what gateway?

    No cache plugins – just Nginx fastcgi cache (from EasyEngine)

    Entire testing done using COD as gateway. Strange this is that test on desktop (Firefox/Chrome) was easy and smooth – zero errors.

    This afternoon, mobile Firefox test was an improvement and worked very smoothly, without errors – meaning Order Received page served, account created, email sent etc

    Problem persists with Mobile Chrome browser. Same android environment.

    Can the cache be disabled just to rule it out?

    There is some kind of cache because your HTML content is minified.

    I have disabled the Cloudflare cache on the front-end. There are no other cache plugins enabled. The Nginx cache purge is on by default due to the installation via EasyEngine – I don’t know how to disable this – I have asked in the EasyEngine forum and await their response – none so far.

    Meanwhile, I continue to get very inconsistent mobile browser test outcomes.
    1. Mobile Chrome (v49) refuses to show Order Received page – always shows “Sorry, your session has ended. Go to homepage.”
    2. Mobile Firefox (v46.01) is inconsistent – sometimes works through process completely, sometimes breaks and does not display Order Recceived page.

    In all desktop browsers – there are zero issues, as before.

    Also, we are not hosting a separate mobile website, just to clarify.

    I request guidance to source this error and fix please.

    Still minified it seems. There must be something else at play.

    Try https://demo.woothemes.com/ on your mobile and see if it works for you. Use cheque payment and fake details.

    Although I don’t yet know how exactly, it appears that the problem is not recurring now.

    I believe, it must be what you had diagnosed – something getting cached somewhere.

    The last step I took was purged all cache from Cloudflare along with the FastCGI cache.

    I am happy to say that Woo works as expected now. And I am closing this request as resolved.

    Can I request you to kindly test Woo on Mobile Chrome, I guess you guys can do a far better job of it technically and make appropriate conclusions than some noob like me – this is one usage environment where I am not yet 100% sure, although I did close this support request as “resolved”.
