• Hi friends!

    I have done a bunch of troubleshooting and can’t seem to find out how to fix this problem.

    My customers always get a totally blank screen when they get to the checkout page, but the transactions work! Their credit cards get charged, and they get confirmation emails, and so do I.

    Under Woocommerce >> Settings >> Pages, I have “Thanks Page” set up to direct to our custom page https://www.carnegiepollak.com/thank-you-for-your-order, but even before I changed that, it wasn’t working with the default.

    The blank page of death the customers get also sometimes seems to crash our entire site. I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong. Can anyone please help, even just to direct my troubleshooting?

    I’m using:

    WooCommerce 2.0.15 (I’m afraid updating will make it worse)
    Authorize.net Payment Gateway for WooCommerce
    WooCommerce Checkout Manager

  • I’m surprised no one has answered your question, I’m seeing the same problem on my end as of today. I set permalinks to default for the shop pages, but that’s still not helping.

    If you require assistance then, as per the Forum Welcome, please post your own topic instead of tagging onto someone else’s topic.

    I am now closing this 5 month old topic as it references a pretty old version of WordPress. And, probably, the plugin.
