    Hi,

    I’m having an issue with the Order Confirmation email not specifying certain attributes e.g. colours, sizes, etc.

    The Order Confirmation use to provide information regarding the description of the product, and include the size and colour the customer ordered. Now the attributes are no longer specified. When looking in the backend of the system (WooCommerce plugin), the information is not showing there either.

    Hi Kat,

    Off the top of my head is there might be a conflicting plugin. Have you tried troubleshooting this by turning all plugins off except WooCommerce?

    And which version of WooCommerce are you running?

    Firstly, thank you for your reply.

    I have just realized that when you add the product to the cart, the attributes e.g. size, colour, are not showing in Checkout either. The only information is the title of the product e.g. 6071 Outback Oilskin Childrens Vest, Sizes XS to XL × 1

    As suggested, I disabled all other plugins, but this doesn’t seem to have made a difference.

    I am currently using Version 5.7.0 (WooCommerce)

    Given this clarification, I’d recommend doing a comprehensive conflict test, which also includes switching your theme to a default WP theme like Twenty Twenty-One. Here’s a guide that will walk you through the test – https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/#section-4.

    If the issue persists when you’re on a different theme with all plugins apart from WooCommerce deactivated, please share with us your System Status Report. You can find it via WooCommerce → Status then click for support and paste it here.
