    I’m using WP mail SMTP. order confirmation Emails not sent showing scheduled actions deferred

    Test emails are sent successfully.

    Thanks for reaching out and I’m so sorry about the incovenience.

    Please kindly know that there are a few things you can check to properly troubleshoot this issue:

    1. Ensure you are using the latest version of WP Mail SMTP (3.11.0). Please update the plugin if you aren’t.
    2. Please check your Site Health (Tools > Site Health) to see if there are any other issues on the site.
    3. Ensure you have the Force from Email option enabled. ?You can simply do this by going to?WP Mail SMTP > Settings?and checking the box labeled?Force From Email?(https://a.supportally.com/86A6pI). This will stop other plugins from overriding the email sender on WP Mail SMTP.
