Order confirmation email triggering for canceled orders

    Hi guys,

    I have an issue with the woocommerce integration when a user tries to order with paypal but cancels the order while on the paypal site. In the frontend everything is fine and the user gets the feedback that the order was canceled. However, they still get the order confirmation email.

    Is there a setting I’ve missed?

    If you still need help with this, I’d recommend checking exactly which PayPal plugin you’re using. It sounds like you may not be using the PayPal Standard but a different plugin – in that case, please do reach out to the specific developers.
