Order confirmation E-mail is sent too early- before the payment has been done

Hi there. When a client clicks “Buy now”, he is directed to the PayPal page. Already at this point, an order confirmation email is sent- event though he hasnt put in his email details in PayPal yet. So even though he hasnt paid- he has a confirmation. This is strange- not as we wanted. (you are also not allowed to pay by invoice). Moreover, in the confirmation email you have a button “Pay now” which is odd because you must pay in advance in the shop.

Do you have a clue/ solution what this could be?
Here are more infos:

– We use paypal plus
– It is still the test version, we are not life yet.
– WooCommerce Version 3.0.5
