    My issue is :

    HI , on my website , a customer was able to checkout without paying shipping charges. I want to have a look at logs. Can you tell me where I can check logs.

    nope I didn’t got , checked spam. Anyways I replied now to your message. Please check I am losing money 3 orders completed without shipping charges.
