• Hi Thomas, thank you for the great plugin!

It works well, but there is one big problem in WooCommerce that makes its work almost meaningless. The problem is that gtm4wp.orderCompletedEEC event is generated only on Thank you page, but a big number of customers leave the userflow right after they complete payments on their bank page, without returning to Thank you page. So basically the event is not generated in this case and no ecommerce data is sent to Google Ads and Google Analytics. And this is very annoying and a huge problem.

Please, if you could make an option to generate the gtm4wp.orderCompletedEEC event BEFORE the customer leaves the Checkout page (for example right after the Place Order button click and the correct Checkout form submission), that would solve this annoying problem and make your plugin even more great. Otherwise this problem of WooCommerce makes your plugin almost useless. I understand that there can be situations when there can be problems with payments and the order can be unfinalized, but for advertising purposes it is completely okay and it will be up to each seller to choose which way he wants it to work.

Or maybe your plugin could generate another event, for example “Order created”, this would also be good.

Anyway, please consider such a feature because it’s very VERY important and I will eagerly change my review to 5 stars if you implement it.

    Thank you
