Order Completed emails not translated to user selected language

Hello,

Are you using a multi-language plugin? Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

Here it is. Yes I am using Translatepress. In fact even before I installed translatepress I have edited user language in wordpress dashboard. Even then, email did not get translated.

Hey there!

WooCommerce doesn’t have a concept of multiple languages. The site language is the user language to WooCommerce.

This can be changed, as you have, using plugins that add in this functionality. That means that WooCommerce would not send different language emails by default.

I would recommend checking with the makers of Translatepress for more info on if this is possible using their plugin, and how to do it.
