    Hi,
    I have problem with AST.
    since about 25th may, all email to my customers dont include tracking number (orders complete)

    tracking numbers back by API to my order page in order notes area or right side, but dont appear in tracking session.

    before 25th may was all ok, im usin AST since 1 year and all this time was all ok.
    my tracking forwarder is Cainiao, previously i had postal.ninja but i dont see postal.ninja in provider list

    only yesterday overdue tracking numbers were added to the tracking section, but customers have already received parcel confirmation emails without a tracking number

    in addition, the synchronization of orders using the DSers plugin shows an error in the tracking plug (AST), only after I did the plugin rollback to 3.3.2, the synchronization was done correctly

    how can i solve this problem?

    Hi @nswspider,
    We checked the completed order status emails and tracking information was successfully added to the emails.
    We didn’t add any integration with DSers in our plugin, you need to contact the DSers plugin developer about this.
