Order comments in Thread

Hi guys : )

In my website, I show new comments at top. But unfortunately this order is not ok in threads. For example look here:

The parent comment has been written on 14th of the month.
The first reply on 22th.
The second reply on 30th.
The third reply on 22th.

I want to put the two 22th at first and then the 30th. In another words, sorting replies in threads based on time and new ones be on top.

How can I achieve this?
