Order Codes Question

  • Hello Woocommerce Support!

    I’m currently adding a custom pixel to our website on successful order but I can’t seem to find the shipping id code in an order? Is there also a way to just show the country code (US instead of United States)

    @dvlptech you would need to provide more information before we could know if we can help with this or not.

    You mentioned you are adding a pixel to your site, are you trying to capture variables from WooCommerce in that pixel and pass them back to whatever tracking platform you are using?

    WooCommerce doesn’t passively broadcast data on the Order Confirmation page, so you would need to either actively scrape this information from the page. Or pull this information using some custom code.

    What platform are you trying to insert this pixel for? I would recommend speaking with them to see if they have an integration for WooCommerce.

    I’m trying to track a thank you page with order confirmation details, I need their pixel to populate with the mentioned fields.
