Order cannot be completed

Hi,
In these 2 orders, the customer purchase same course with same payment method, while #12001 check out with more products.
Why does #12001 cannot change to complete status automatically? It causes the customer cannot enter the lesson after payment. (I think you may found the status was updated, since we changed the status “complete” as the customer want to access the lesson.)
