Order cancelled

Hi,
In the settings i have that the cashback is credited in order completed status. But i had an order that was completed but later the user had to return the product and cancelled the order.
Once i changed to cancelled, the cashback he earned for that order wasnt debited automatically. I had to do it manually.
Is possible tp to this automatically debited the cashabck when the order is cancelled?
