    Hello,

    The Stripe plugin appears to be overriding manual order status changes.

    Example:

    Completed order > manually change to cancelled > Stripe plugin forces the status to On Hold > then have to manually change to cancelled again for the order to be cancelled

    Can this please be fixed or advise how to stop it overriding manual changes?

    To get a better idea of the context, may I know the reason to manually change the status to cancelled?

    Could you also share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.

    Error Log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs (if any).

    Partial refund of a cancelled order where a restocking charge is deducted from the refund total. The order normally remains “completed”, however we change it to “cancelled” to reflect the correct order status.
