    On the site of one of our clients we have the updated version of the plugin.

    It is the second time that an order has been placed which remains awaiting payment and is then automatically canceled despite the transaction being carried out correctly on Stripe (both via 3D secure verification).

    The first time we thought it was due to the plugin bug fixed with the latest update but the same problem recurred.

    It is the second time that an order has been placed which remains awaiting payment and is then automatically canceled despite the transaction being carried out correctly on Stripe (both via 3D secure verification).

    Just to clarify, by default, payments will be authorized and captured at the same time. If you want to manually capture funds after a payment is authorized, tick the checkbox to?Issue an authorization on checkout, and capture later.

    If this setting is enabled, you’ll need to capture funds manually for each order within 7 days – otherwise the authorization will be canceled alongside the order. See?our FAQ on this for more.

    Can you please share a screenshot of the account details section, under Stripe’s settings? Linked here is a screenshot, showcasing that screen. Feel free to redact the site’s URL. That will help us understand the issue further. Here’s how to make a screenshot:

    Also, to get an idea of how your site is configured, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via ‘WooCommerce > Status’. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
