order bump doesn′t show anywere

    Hello! I installed the plugin on my website, added an order bump and it doesn′t show anywhere.

    order bump is set to daily

    I tried locations “before order summary” “before payment gateways” and “before place order button” but the offer simply doesn′t show up anywhere.

    Can you tell me what I am doing wrong? I would like the offer to show either on the cart page or on the checkout page, before payment is chosen (in my case it is paypal, so the leave the site to pay)

    Thankyou for using our plugin. As per your query please make sure whether your order bump is set to “Live” or not.
    Also please make sure whether you are testing it for the correct target product or not.

    I have the same problem, the plugin doesnt show when using Before Order Summary or Before Payment Gateways, but does show when using After Payment Gateways and Before Place Order Button

    We would like to tell you that please verify these things it will help you.

    Please make sure you are using the updated version of our plugin

    Make sure you have added the correct “target product” or target category product in the cart of “Before Payment Gateway” of ‘selected products’

    Also if all the order bump and their offers are all in live mode or not it may occur problem sometimes

    Order Bump Schedule is set to Daily or any specific day for which Offer is not showing

    Please check these all conditions and if you find any problem regarding this you can ask us again or take support help.
