    Hello!

A few days ago I updated several clients to Woo 8.6.0 and also activated HPOS.

And magically, everyone stopped tracking the order attribution.

Now, any request comes as unknown, and BEFORE the updates, it was working 100%.

    Could you analyze?

  • Hi @nossileee,

I’m sorry to hear that after upgrading your customer stores, they were unable to track their order attribution.

I can confirm that we recently released version 8.6.1, could you please try updating to the latest Woo version and let us know if the issue persists?

    Hello!

I updated it on two sites before, and one of them, there have been 2 recent sales now, but it still remains as origin: unknown.

    Will it take a while?

The update was made at least 30 minutes ago.

    Hi @nossileee,

Thanks again for sharing more details on this.

So that I can understand your site set up even better, I’ll need to take a look at your system status report, which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
You could copy and paste your reply here or paste it via https://gist.github.com/ and send the link here.

Once we have more information, we’ll be able to assist you further.

Hey, @nossileee! Thanks for the report.

Are you using a custom checkout on those stores?

The reason I’m asking is because Order Attribution adds extra fields to the standard checkout and block checkout in order to append the source data to the order when it’s processed. If these stores are using a custom checkout, that’s likely why they’ll see?Unknown.

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Have a wonderful day!

    Hello!

    I use Funnelkit.

But it was already working 5 days ago hehe.

It was after the Woo update or due to the activation of HPOS.

I ended up carrying out the process together.
I updated Woo 8.6.0 and then activated HPOS.

Until February 15th, it worked normally with the same checkout:
