“Order Again” Excludes Custom Fields In Cart

When a customer is logged into their account and viewing past orders, they can click “Order Again” button, which adds all products from the past order to the cart so they can purchase the same order again. But this method does not include any values from Advanced Product Fields on the cart page.
Steps to recreate:
Basic install with Twenty Twenty theme, WooCommerce & Advanced Product Fields plugin.
Create a variable product with Size attribute (small, medium, large).
Add custom field for “Flavor” (mild, medium, spicy).
On front end product page choose a size and flavor, add to cart, and complete the purchase.
In admin, set the order status to “Complete”.
On front end, log in as the customer, go to My Account, view the order, and click “Order Again”. it adds the order to cart but the Flavor field is missing.
