Everywhere there is the shipping or billing address, it’s only displayed the initial of the state/province, in this case is Madrid, it’s always shown only the “M”, so we see the city, the M, and the postal code. The email sent to the client is also this way.

I’ve disabled the plugin and the problem is gone, when activating again problem comes back.

On your website, all the products are showing as Exhausted. We are not able to debug the issue further. Could you please verify the same once again from your side?

    Thank you!

That website is live and they have issues with production, so they are not selling right now, it was first hosted here (https://mauriciol.ecom.edixlab.es/) now it’s an experimental domain, but the problem exists and you can check it there

We have placed a test order and are not able to recreate the issue that you have mentioned. Please refer to the screenshot of the email that we received for the test order in which the state name is showing correctly.

Please verify once again from your side. If we have misunderstood your exact issue, please clarify and provide us with the steps to recreate the issue.

    Thank you!

We could see that the country field is removed from the checkout page. This is the reason why the State Code is getting displayed instead of State Name in billing and shipping address.
    ?
Removing core fields such as billing_country, shipping_country may lead to unexpected results. So to resolve this issue, you should not remove billing_country and shipping_country from your checkout form.

    We hope this will help.

    Thank you!

THATS IT. Country field is back and problem solved. I suggest to disable the possibility to edit those core fields since it brings problems, I wanted to achieve a more user friendly checkout form by hiding some fields but it comes with problems.

Another thing, I dont need support with this but I wanted to let you know. When the plugin was active, changing the number of columns in the mobile version of the shop page didnt have any effect, after disabling the plugin I was able to change the number of columns. Its weird and I dont know how the plugin affects this but I discovered it by disabling it.

Anyway thank you for your help, I’ll mark this as solved since the new issue has nothing to do with the title of this post.

Our plugin doesn’t add any styles. It uses the default WooCommerce style or the theme style.

Could you please raise a ticket through our website? We hope our technical team will be able to help you.

    Thank you!
