• I have followed all help articles on the topic of not receiving messages due to theme and plugin. I deactivated my premium theme only and switched to default TwentyTwenty. Didn’t work.

    I kept default TwentyTwenty then also deactivated EVERY SINGLE plugin other than Contact Form 7. Didn’t work. I deleted my cache on the site, on my browser and hard refreshed with ctrl+F5. Nothing.

    Thanks to me finding the Flamingo plugin, I have a record of all messages. Between February and now, I have missed 53 MESSAGES FROM POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS.

    Contact Form 7, Flamingo, WordPress, my theme, and all other plugins are updated to latest versions. I tried WPForms–no problem at all.

    In Flamingo, every inbound message says “reCAPTCHA response token is empty.” In other words, every single message is being interpreted as spam and I don’t know how to fix this.

    I need a solution now. Otherwise I have no choice but to leave the worst review possible and switch plugins.
