Form does not work with captcha (orange border)

    Since WordPress 4.4.2 I have a problem with (all) captcha in Contact Form 7. After submitting the form, I get an orange border with an error message.

    It has worked well and all my settings are the same as now. If I remove the captcha, my forms work again.

    I also tried a different theme.

    Can you help me?
