oQey Galleries not loading, can't add new or edit galleries

I have numerous galleries on my website. They all work fine from the front end of my website. But when I click on “Galleries” under oQey Galleries plugin, none of the galleries load. It says, “Loading content” and then nothing happens. It is permanently stuck on this screen. I am not able to edit old galleries or add new ones. If I try to add a new gallery and click on “create,” nothing happens.

Please help!
