OptionTree serious problem in WordPress 4.1

  • I have just upgraded to WordPress 4.1

    Problem 1:
    OptionTree navigation is just messed by just like the image i have captured.

    Problem 2:
    I tried to change some options in the OptionTree but when i click save i get the error just like below..Edit CSS etc works fine.. Only this happens with OptionTree

    Yes i have tried re-installing the theme. Also cleared all cache with W3 Total plugin and browser cache. Still it doesn’t work. I get the same errors. I have also tried other themes and they work perfectly fine :/.
