OptionTree Cleanup Error

  • Hello admin,

    I recently update hueman theme today, but i have annoying problem aboout this optiontree.
    when im done update this theme i got warn about OptionTree has outdated data that should be removed. Please go to OptionTree Cleanup for more information.

    When i click OptionTree Cleanup link (xxx/wp-admin/themes.php?page=ot-cleanup) this show me WordPress>error You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.

    can you solve my problem ?

    May I know which version of Hueman theme are you using?

    The Theme Option page had already been removed since version 3+
    All settings had been moved to Appearance -> Customize

    There is no more link in admin that’s related to Option Tree.

    Maybe all you need is to clear cache plugin’s cache content and your browser history.

    If it does not work for you.
    Maybe you should try disabling all plugins to see if this link is produced by one of your plugin which is using the Option Tree framework.

    i am using latest hueman theme from www.remarpro.com update (Version: 3.1.1)

    hemm maybe because i update from v2 to latest update 3,1,1 is it serious problem ? how can i fix it ?

    i have delete cache plugin and purge from cloudflare but its not work.. will test to disable all plugin..

    i will update when i try to fix this..

    ok its same i disable all plugin, purge cache cloudflare and :'( .. always get that error..

    Hi,

    Maybe you can try deleting and re-installing the Theme.
    As well as install the Hueman addon plugin.

    Try if doing these will remove “remnants” of the old theme.
