Options.php help

Hey guys. Basically, I have a plugin that notifies me everytime there is a new review. Theres a glitch and it tells me that there is 3 pending notifications when there are none. I go to my options.php page to reset it to 0, but it doesn’t do anything. The page starts redirecting after I click save, but it just freezes. I’ve tried a bunch of times but the same thing happens each time. Any suggestions?
