Options Value Not Showing On The Cart Page

    Hii,
    I am using the plugin “Extra Product Options Builder for WooCommerce” for some extra customization options in my product page. I am having issue with the plugin. Whenever I try to customize any product and add it to the cart, the customized options is not showing in the cart page and when I proceed with the order, the options are not visible in the woocommerce backend in the “Orders” section also.
    I have tried deactivating all plugins and checked again, it didn’t worked, also disabled ajax it also didn’t worked.
    Can You please help me with this issue?

    Hello!

    Looks like the issue is caused by your theme, your theme is using ajax to add the product to the cart but it is only sending the basic information that wooocommerce has by default, not the information added by this plugin. To fix it please try with another theme or ask the theme developer to also send the information stored in the hidden fields of the form.
