Options to exclude bootstrap and fontawesome when already in theme

Hey, great plugin by the way.
I have a theme that is already based on bootstrap 3 and fontawesome…
at the moment i deregister the eden bootstrap styles and the fontawesome style in my theme functions.php
i was wondering if you could add an settingsfield as option…
