    If you are on a local server then you would get that option. Are you trying to check that in the localhost?

    No.
    But,may be there is another reason (wp_debug). I have enabled wp_debug on live site for collecting error log.

    Yes, when you turn off that, I am sure it will go away. It’s only for debugging purpose.
