Options not showing on Multisite

  • Hi there,

    I tried to install this Plugin on a Multisite.

    I can activate the Plugin but the Plugin-Options are not showing up.

    I tried it on a local MAMP and on a real Server, too.

    Also, I can’t find any topics regarding this issue.

    Any help is appreciated.

  • Maybe you are using old version WordPress , try to update the WordPress and try again installing the plugin.

    unfortunately I am using already the latest version, 4.6.1.

    probably you expect to see the settings for every site. BackWPup settings are only in the network admin.

    There is no settingspage in the network admin.

    Also, I tried to deactivate all other PlugIns, but it did not help.

    Hi again,

    I found out that the problem is the sunrise.php.

    If I deactivate sunrise in wp-config.php AND delete the sunrise.php from the server, the Plug-In is working.

    If you have any news how to fix this, please let me know.

    Same Bug Here.plugin option are invisible in network admin !
