Options Missing from Settings

  • Hi!

    I noticed that some options are missing from the settings panel. Only the Menu, Widgets and CSS options are available.

    When the page starts to load all the options appear but as the page finishes to load only the 3 mentioned above remain.

    I′ve already tried to disable all plugins, reinstall the theme and install older versions of the theme. The result is the same except for some versions that solve the problem but makes the content of the home page disappear.

    Please help me to solve this issue
