Options Missing and not responsive

  • First and foremost, absolutely LOVE the plugin, especially since it is the only actual working petition plugin for WordPress. Keep up the good work!

    Now for my isssues. As a previous user (Mike) posted earlier, I too have no options available under Settings.

    Secondly, when viewing on Chrome for Android, it is not responsive. The demo on the WP Petitions website though is responsive? Is there a way to actually make my petition exactly the same as this demo as this is exactly what I need? https://wppetitions.com

    Can you please advise what version number you have. The latest version is 1.5.2

    I haven’t been able to reproduce the no options problem, so it is making it difficult to work out what is going on.

    I will check the chrome issue.

    As for wppetitions.com. Be VERY careful about that site. They are passing themselves off as having an association with SpeakOut! and they have none at all. The version they are displaying and offering for download is about 12 months out of date.

    I believe that the site is nothing more than someone collecting email addresses and personal information.

    Using the latest version i.e 1.5.2

    Experiencing the same issue documented in this post with this result in the backend.

    I just noticed I have the same problem (using Speakout 1.5.4 and WP 4.8.2). The Settings page opens up, I see the tabs Petition Form, Signature List, Confirmation Emails, Admin Display – but none of them show any content. They change color when I move the mouse over them, but clicking them has no effect. Right under them is the “Save changes” button, nothing else.

    (The problem with inoperative Settings manifests on any browser I have tried – Chrome, IE, Edge.)
