Options for slideshow header image

  • I’ve just installed the f8 lite theme for my blog.

    In Appearance, there are theme options in relation to the header image and curently I have selected ‘Overlay text on slideshow.’ However I do not want a slideshow but would like the header image to be of the most recent post (with the overlay text).

    What is the best way to do this?

    Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
