options for required selection

The Fast Secure contact form is a GREAT WordPress plugin. I’ve incorporated it into all of my sites.

However, I have a problem that I can’t figure out – hopefully you’ll have a suggestion.

I am taking orders for tickets for a dinner event. The form is set up to purchase any number of tickets, and also make entree choices for each. There are 3 entree choices – for example, someone ordering 2 tickets may want 1 beef, 1 lobster, 0 vegetarian; or someone ordering 10 tickets may want 5 beef, 2 lobster, 3 vegetarian, etc., etc.

I would like to make the food choice required – since we’ll need that information – but still allow individual entree amounts to be added, not just a dropdown or radio selector.

I don’t want each of the entrees individually required text field, because that would mean 0 amounts would also need to be filled in.
