• Hi!

I just installed www.remarpro.com 5.9.3 and I am using the Twenty Twenty-Two Theme. The default entry page is a Blog Page, which is what I want.

    # 1. To edit a Page, say the Blog Page referenced above, when I go to Appearances and then Editor, the Blog Page is automatically displayed and is ready for editing. For example, I can edit the Site Logo. This Blog Page is using the Home Template.

    # 2. Alternatively, in the Editor, I can click on the WordPress Icon, which opens a Menu, and, then, select Site and the Blog Page is ready for editing, just like #1 above.

    # 3. Alternatively, in the Editor, I can click on the WordPress Icon, as in # 2, and, then, select Templates and select Home, which displays the Blog Page (which is using the Home Template) and which is ready for editing, just like in # 1 and # 2 above.

Are all these editing options the same? Or, are there differences?

    Thank you!

    Doctor T

    Hey Ankush4475!

    Thank you for your reply.

But, I want to take advantage of the Full Site Editing (FSE).

ok then install or buy Elementor or WPbakery composer that will give ou full size editing experiance

    Hello!

I do think that all the options will send you to the same place. If not, they will be complementary, not different ways to do the edition. You can make some tests and see how it goes.
And I don’t believe that you necessarily have to install a page builder. If your aim is a blog with no special pages, I believe the native editor, Gutenberg, is quite up to the task.
I use a page builder (from site origin) only when I want to craft a special page that will have a more complex design. Not for the blog as I find page builders a lot of hassle for simple things (especially elementor, from the ones I know, because it hijacks a lot of theme personalizations).

As you are just starting, I suggest you upgrade to wordpress 6.0 instead of doing it after a lot of editions!

    Good luck!
