Options for album shortcode

Hello guys!
I want to know if is possible to set how galleries to show using the compact albuns shortcode.
Like, on my home page I want to show only two galleries (maybe the lastest two), and only if the user click on the more galleries button show the rest of the galleries.

The “more” button is in red color.
