Options Button no longer working

    Hi,

    Recently I created 6 folders and uploaded about 70 documents to them via FTP. I was able to do that via the Options button, then Batch Upload.

    Today, when I click on the Options button, it no longer produces the dropdown.

    Restart, log out, etc does not fix the issue. Nothing has changed on the site since yesterday.

    Any ideas?

    UPDATE – I just tried to add a single document, and it appears that is not working correctly either. The screen flashes and then nothing happens. The Add Document button is red as well (Can’t remember if that is the norm). Funny thing is I can move and delete flies with no problem

    Sounds like a javascript issue. Please open a browser inspector and look for any errors.

    As well please disable all plugins you have running to see where the conflict is.

    Something must have changed for this issue to have occurred.

    Hi,

    It is a JS issue with a plugin called Eonet – a manger user plugin. This is the error.

    eonet_admin.min.js?ver=1.0.0:2 bootstrap-slider.js – WARNING: $.fn.slider namespace is already bound. Use the $.fn.bootstrapSlider namespace instead.

    Disabling the plugin resolves the issue.

    Looks like I will have to find another way to manage user registration.

    I have a case similar to this. But I need this plugin, EPIC for WpBakery. Is there another way besides turning off the problematic plugin?

    unfortunately no, these two plugins are not compatible with each other.
